This method makes the creamiest, dreamiest pesto sauce in just 5 minutes with only a handful of simple and nutrient dense ingredients! ⁣

๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€: ⁣

- 2 1/2 cups of fresh basil leaves ⁣

- 1 1/2 cup of fresh parsley⁣

- 5 small garlic cloves minced⁣

- 1/8 cup of lemon juice⁣

- 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil ⁣

- 1/2 tsp of Celtic salt ⁣

- 2 tbs of nutritional yeast⁣

- 3 tbs if water⁣

- 1 cup of coconut cream ( no water just the cream) ⁣


๐— ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฑ:⁣

1. Combine all the ingredients except cream in a food processor. Process on high until smooth. If you find the sauce too thick, add a bit of extra olive oil⁣

2. In a small frying pan, combine the pesto sauce and coconut cream. Gently simmer over low heat until ready to serve with gluten free penne or spaghetti.
